I’VE PLACED AN ORDER WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS RECENTLY, CAN I COMBINE THEM INTO ONE PACKAGE?
Most orders are sent in one package however, due to some of our items are in a separate warehouse, some orders will be shipped separately. Do not worry as we always take good care and make sure all items will be sent successfully and completely.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
- Cancellation will only be allowed within 12 hours after the item was purchased.
- To request for cancellation, please contact our Customer Service via email at email@example.com who will assist you with your request.
I PICKED THE WRONG SIZE AND/OR PLACED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. HOW CAN I HAVE IT CHANGED/UPDATED?
Please send us an email right away at firstname.lastname@example.org after you realized that you made a mistake in choosing the right size or you failed to place the correct shipping address. Include your ORDER # in your email so we can immediately pull up your account from our system and assist you as quickly as possible. Please note that you only have 12 hours to update it after placing the order.
If the order has already been moved to production (our orders produce daily) and these details that you entered mistakenly are not updated yet, we are very sorry to inform you that we cannot make changes anymore and we will not accept returned items.
